Service Description

More than just a good sweat sesh, expect a personal training session with your soul! Your customized workout will be physically, mentally, and personally challenging. ​This is WELLNESS coaching and a sweat sesh combined. MOvement, nourishment, personal growth, and self-care will be key areas that will be addressed with your individualized training plan. Monica’s BS meter runs strong! You can expect to be called on your self-limiting thoughts, held accountable, and championed to find your inner athlete. LOCATION: Located Virtually in Monica’s Zoom Room Virtual Personal Training sessions. Your Zoom Link will be provided after booking via email. CONSULTATION: New clients will have a free 30-minute consultation by phone with Monica before your first MOvement session.​ At this time you can confirm with and book with Monica your allotted follow-up session schedule. PAYMENT: You can pay in full or in 2-3 even payments. Packages expire six months from the date you start the package. DURATION: All sessions are approximately 1 hour in duration. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session start time. If you arrive late, we’ll just start when you arrive and work within your booked appointment until your scheduled session is over. We have a free cancellation policy up until 24-hours before your session, where you can reschedule your session at no cost after which point the missed session will be charged at full cost.
